Orcs: Army of Shadows
Challenged to help free the oppressed orcs of another world, Captain Stryke and the Wolverines left their homeworld and traveled to Acurial by means of five trans-dimensional artifacts. But those magical "stars" were lost, presumably to the evil sorceress, Jennesta, and now, in Stan Nicholls' Army of Shadows, the Wolverines face the prospect that they may never get home again. Hailed as liberators, the Wolverines join the rebels' plot to rile the human occupiers, hoping that greater repression may revive the docile orcs' martial spirit. Meanwhile, in their quest to recover the stars, the Wolverines are pursued by their most ruthless enemy and a mysterious troop intent on their destruction. And a traitor lurks in their midst....
