They started out as 39-cent mini-turtles. Then radioactive slime made them mutant and a rat named Splinter--trained in the martial arts--made them ninjas. Now this teenaged foursome of do-gooders is ready to show the world its stuff in this Yearling tie-in to the new movie scheduled for release in late March.
