The Great Divorce
A novel about three women, each of whom has a special bond with a great cat. First there is Ellen, a vet at the New Orleans Zoo; then there is Camille, a keeper at the zoo; and thirdly there is Elisabeth, who was hanged in 1845 for murder, and whose life is being researched by Ellen's husband.
