Raggedy Ann and Andy, with their friends Mr. and Mrs. Hooligooly and the Wild Gazook, investigate the deep, deep woods with the nice policeman in pursuit of a nasty villain, a slippery and wicked magician who needed to be arrested. Arresting someone was one thing the Nice Fat Policeman could not bear to do, and so he never did.
