Kelly has been waiting for the Spring Concert for weeks. This year it's going to be really special -- some of the second graders will have a chance to be stars! That's when Kelly decides that, more than anything, she wants to be selected for a special part. But, no matter how hard she tries to impress her teacher, she isn't chosen. Now what? Well, Kelly soon realizes that sometimes being a star isn't all it's cracked up to be. And that she has her own way of shining just as brightly.
