Living in an old, eerie house inherited from his mother, Phil decides to become the guardian of the ten-year-old daughter of his dead sister. What Phil doesn't know is that Betsy is a special child who possesses a link to the emotions of the past, the voices of the dead, and the uncanny powers closing in on the house.
