Fate
Vanessa Lewis is a young schoolteacher who isn't interested in love. Fate is conspiring against her when it keeps throwing the dashing Scott Holloway in her path. Scott is a lonely widower with two small daughters to raise and he finds himself immediately captivated by their teacher, Vanessa. They begin a whirlwind romance that is threatened by society's narrow-minded view that interracial relationships are evil and shouldn't be allowed to flourish.
