Joe, his best friend and protege, is struggling. He knows he should be moving on, but he can't seem to let go. On as suggestion from Thomas' widow, Joe goes to visit a company up in Montreal, Canada. There he meets a man who challenges him to look at life, leadership, and letting go...in a whole new way.
