A Selective Survey of English Language Studies on Scandinavian Law
This survey is designed to reveal to the extent to which United States jurists have concerned themselves with Scandinavian law, & as a complement, the extent to which jurists outside the United States-particularly Scandinavian jurists-have attempted to acquaint English-speaking jurists with the Nordic legal system.
