Murder on the Thirty-first Floor

In a future where publishers control all the newspapers and magazines from a single building, Chief Inspector Jensen is called to investigate a bomb threat. The investigation leads him to a 'Special Department' on the thirty-first floor; the only department not permitted to be evacuated after the bomb threat.
