The Tar Man
In the Book 1, Peter and Kate were transported from the 21st century to 18th century London. In Book II Peter is still stranded there while Kate and Peter's father try to rescue him. In the meantime the Tar Man, a terrifying villian takes Peter's place and is wreaking havoc in modern London. Suggested level: primary, intermediate, junior secondary.
