I Love My Body
Society has focused far too long on what a body should LOOK like in order for a person to matter. Children are taught from a young age to hate their body because of how it looks. It’s time to change the narrative. Instead of highlighting how a body looks, this book instead shifts the focus completely to all the cool things the body can do. Because our children deserve better than believing their worth lies in something as frivolous as how they look, when their minds can move mountains and their bodies can do anything.
