And for the Sake of the Kids Or: God Help Us, Mr. Lancaster
Terrance Farmer is a Pittsburgh journalist dying to get an interview with Archibald Lancaster, multi-billionaire coal baron and corporate icon. He's also dying to get at Archie's handsome, college-aged son. When he uses compromising photographs to blackmail Archie for his entire fortune, things between the three of them get tense - and Terry and Archie embark on the adventure of a lifetime.Originally inspired by Kurt Vonnegut, Jr.'s classic GOD BLESS YOU, MR. ROSEWATER, AND FOR THE SAKE OF THE KIDS is loosely based on the real-life events surrounding the coal spill at the Inez, Kentucky surface mine in October 2001.
