Mary, Ferrie & the monkey virus
Mary did Tularemia testing on medical research monkeys that were exposed to orchid mites (tularemic vector vis arthropods) -- monkeys ingested tularemic rodent parts, and were incubated. Namely, use of ice cream that was garnished with chopped spleen and liver from the tularemic rodents was fed to the monkeys that were incubated and tested for the agglutination titers, farnesyl lipids, Lamin A/TCells for F. Tularensis and tularemic lipid modifications detected. F. tularensis' lipid A surface anchor of the high-molecular-weight (HMW) O-antigen capsule has 3-OH fatty acids whose modified structure causes the tularensis bacterium to evade host detection through laminopathies (Lamina organization, Lamin A/C mutation, weakened nuclear structure and nuclear envelope dysfunction (rupture)/evasion. A mutant form of the lamin A protein can result from F. tularensis Lipid modifications where the mutated lamin accumulates in a cell nucleus, causing a wasting illness of cellular aging, senescence, with fatal, accelerated aging disorder similar to human wasting illness causing joint contractures (reversal requires that vancomycin with lipid treatments of alpha-hydroxyfarnesyl)phosphonic acid, chaetomellic acids, and zaragozic acids be administered-- often ampicillin is used).
