Running on Empty
Bessie and Joey plan to rake in the dough by running a bed-and-breakfast during Capeside's "Weekend of the Whales" festival. But the best laid plans go awry pretty quickly as Bessie sprains her ankle, the weather just won't cooperate, and a batch of spoiled potato salad knocks out all the cooks in town!
