Wild Ravens chronicles the love affair of Phaedra Toussaint and Zephir Mfume, Phaedra, the their to the Toussaint Plantation and vast fortune, is practically sold to Zephir in a desperate attempt by her dishonest cousins to steal her inhereitance. Phaedra is determined to return to her family, not knowing the part they've played in orchestrating her abduction. Valiantly, she fights to return to her home on the island of Dominica.
