Bedouin
The Bedouin are spread right across North Africa and the Middle East. They traditionally pay little attention to international borders, and are keen smugglers, which makes them unpopular with the countries whose borders they cross. Because of this there is considerable pressure on Bedouin groups to settle in one place and give up their nomadic lifestyle. Bedouin charts the situations in which various groups, all round the Arab world, find themselves.
