City Heiress
Polly, a wealthy orphaned heiress, has been kept at school years longer than is the custom although she is not sure why. What she doesn’t know is that her handsome noble guardian has been helping himself to her inheritance, and now realizes that best way to save himself is to marry his ward. Polly joins his family near Brighton but eventually finds that perhaps she might prefer to be courted by someone else.
