Tells the story of CARPATHIA, the Tyne-built ship which rescued the survivors of the TITANIC disaster in 1912. Launched at the famous Wallsend Shipyard. CARPATHIA achieved worldwide fame when she steamed into the night, braving icebergs, in answer to the stricken liner's distress call.
