Pierre Mendès France
Biography of Pierre Mendès France (1/11/1907–10/18/1982) who was a French politician who served as President of the Council of Ministers (equivalent to Prime Minister) in 1954-55. It was under the Mendès France government that France withdrew military forces from Vietnam in 1954.
