Graduation Day (Senior Year, No 4)

by Janet Quin-Harkin

This book is meant to be a counterpoint to "Independence Day". The aliens in "Graduation Day" help the human race instead of attacking humans. This is a science-fiction adventure story in which benevolent space aliens conspire with an ever-growing assortment of human cyborgs, with some of the cyborgs becoming aware of the existence of the space aliens, and capable of short-range telepathy, among other things. Saying much more risks spoiling the story. The writing is at the grade levels 6-7-8 or so (jawbreaker sentences aren't much used). However, this book is intended for eggheads and science geeks... Some of the chapters have end-notes, to show where the real science is today.
