Little Red Book of Selling
Jeffrey Gitomer's sales book, organised as 12.5 principles and written in short, blunt, heavily formatted sections. The recurring line is that people do not like to be sold but they love to buy, and most of the advice follows from taking that seriously: earn the appointment, be useful before you ask, make referrals rather than cold calls. Part of Gitomer's colour-coded series. Practical and repetitive by design.
